By engaging our services or accessing any part of our offerings under the BugCrew brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Overview
- BugCrew offers a range of services, including but not limited to:
- Website Development (“Website In a Day”)
- MVP Development (“Rapid MVP Development”)
- Technical Support & Maintenance
These services are tailored for startups and small businesses, designed to simplify the process of building and maintaining a professional online presence.
3. No Cost Overruns Guarantee
All projects are executed based on clearly defined budgets.
- Once a project scope is agreed upon and a budget is approved, you will not be charged beyond that unless new features or services are explicitly requested and mutually agreed upon.
- Our “No Cost Overruns” guarantee ensures peace of mind and financial predictability for every client.
4. Timely Delivery Promise
We commit to delivering your project on time.
- We carefully schedule our project load to avoid overcommitment.
- Timeline expectations will be shared at the beginning of each project and adhered to unless delays occur due to client-side dependencies (e.g., feedback, content, or approvals).
5. Genuine Partnership
We view every engagement as a partnership, not a transaction.
- Our focus is on long-term success, not just project completion.
- You can expect transparent communication, ongoing support, and a shared commitment to your business growth.
6. Payment Terms
- Website Development and MVP Services start at $3,000 per project.
- Technical Support Plans are billed annually, starting at $3,000 per year.
- Payment milestones will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
- Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, clients are expected to:
- Provide timely content, feedback, and approvals.
- Clearly communicate business needs and expectations.
- Respect agreed timelines and payment terms.
8. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all code, designs, and assets developed specifically for your project will be transferred to you.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Technical Support & Maintenance
Our Technical Support plans include:
- Ongoing website or MVP maintenance
- Bug fixing and performance monitoring
- Enhancements and minor feature additions
Support is valid for the term of your plan. Requests outside the scope of the plan may incur additional charges, subject to agreement.
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
- In the event of termination, all completed work up to that point will be delivered, and payment will be due based on the work completed.
11. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for excellence, Berkeley Computer Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to third-party service outages (e.g., hosting, domain, etc.)
- Client-side changes that affect the performance of delivered work
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
